Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at lorna.vibe2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or full refund at no additional cost to you.
